North Columbus Cleaning Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates northcolumbuscleaning.com and provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Columbus, Ohio area. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a quote, book a cleaning, or call us, and what we do with it.
Plain language version: we only collect what we need to do the job, we don’t sell your information, and we work with a small number of standard tools to actually deliver service.
When you provide your mobile number on our website, by phone, or to a team member, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us — appointment confirmations, scheduling messages, booking links, day-before reminders, and post-service follow-ups — sent from (614) 352-2588 through our messaging provider.

North Columbus Cleaning does not perform cleanings. We are a local lead-generation business. When you call our number or send a quote request, your name and contact details are passed to the independent cleaning company that serves your area so they can call you back and quote the work. That company pays us for the introduction.
Calls to the number on this site are connected straight through to that company. You are speaking to them, not to us.
We share your details with one cleaning company — not a marketplace, not a bidding pool, and never more than one buyer for the same enquiry. We do not share your information with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers, and the only other sharing is with the vendors listed above, to the extent needed to run the service.
If you would rather your details weren’t passed on, please don’t submit the form — and email admin@northcolumbuscleaning.com and we’ll delete anything we already hold.
Our website uses only the essential storage needed for the site to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on the site. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy and only use providers that respect Do Not Track signals.
You can request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by emailing admin@northcolumbuscleaning.com. We’ll honor the request unless we’re required by law to retain certain records (e.g., tax invoices).
